We operate a Location Marketplace. We have already negotiated with the business owner, verified the foot traffic, and secured the agreement. You aren’t buying a lead; you are entering a partnership.
The VMFS Location Leasing Model
We replace the risk of high-cost marketing with a transparent, scalable leasing structure.
The Base Access Fee ($30 – $150 / month)
Instead of paying $500–$1,000 upfront for a locator service, you pay a low monthly fee to hold the contract.
What it covers: This secures your exclusive right to the floor space and covers the location’s electricity costs.
Variable Pricing: Fees are determined by the quality of the location. e.g. A quiet office breakroom costs less; a 24/7 manufacturing plant costs more.
Performance Revenue Share
A percentage of gross sales (typically 5-10%) is paid to the location.
Why we do this: It ensures the business owner wants your machine to succeed. When they earn a commission, they protect your machine and encourage employees to use it.
You Own The Profit
After the base fee and revenue share, 100% of the remaining profit is yours. You control the pricing, the product sourcing (Cost of Goods Sold),
and the margins.
Operator Certification Requirements
To access our network of prime locations, you must prove you are a professional operator. We do not place machines from hobbyists.
Modern Equipment
You must own or lease machines capable of cashless payments (Credit/Mobile).
Business Entity
You must operate under a registered LLC or Sole Proprietorship.
Insurance
Proof of General Liability Insurance (Standard $1M policy) is required before installation.
Service Standard
You must agree to our restocking and cleanliness protocols.

Tier 1 (High Volume)
Airports, Large Hotels, Distribution Centers (100+ daily users).
Tier 2 (Mid Volume)
Car Dealerships, Urgent Care Centers, Mid-sized Offices (50-100 daily users).
Tier 3 (Entry Volume)
Small Breakrooms, Mechanics, Barber Shops (30-50 daily users).
